Job Description: Web Developer

Location Congleton Reporting To MD

Permanent or Contract Permanent Department IT

Main Job Purpose

· The Web Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of websites, as well as utilising SEO and internet marketing skills in order to generate leads

Duties and Responsibilities

· To develop the client websites from scratch and managing Search Engine Optimisation campaigns.· To take the lead in SEO and PPC campaign management as well as blogging, twittering and all online marketing strategies. .· Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.· To develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features.· To monitor web server and site technical performance.

Management Responsibilities

· No management reports

Skills / Attributes Required

· In depth PHP or C# web development as well as strong, JavaScript, CSS and HTML knowledge· Web / Graphical Design skills would be highly desirable.· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques is essential.· Previous experience managing website development

Basic Salary Range £30,000 dependent on experience

Benefits Package Performance Related Bonus.

Hours of employment 40 Hours per week. 9 to 5.00pm
